Monthly Portfolio Contest – Official Rules

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Porfoli and its affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To participate, you must create and/or maintain a public portfolio on Porfoli throughout the calendar month. Existing public portfolios are eligible as long as they remain active and public during the entire contest period. Portfolios that are archived at any time during the contest period are disqualified. In the event a user is maintaining multiple public portfolios, only the most recently created portfolio will be considered for the contest. Only one prize will be awarded per person. All portfolios must comply with Porfoli's community guidelines.

Portfolio Restrictions

Portfolios containing leveraged instruments (such as leveraged ETFs) or penny stocks will be disqualified at Porfoli's sole discretion. This restriction is in place to ensure fair competition and prevent excessive risk-taking strategies.

Contest Period

Each contest period begins at 12:00 AM ET on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the same month.

Determination of Winner

The winner will be the portfolio with the highest time-weighted return over the contest period, as shown on Porfoli's public ranking page using the monthly return filter at the end of the month. In the event of a tie, Porfoli reserves the right to select a winner based on additional metrics, such as due diligence quality, portfolio activity, and/or audience engagement.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive $1,000 USD via PayPal or another method agreed upon by both parties. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted.

Notification

The winner will be notified via the email associated with their Porfoli account within 5 business days of the contest end. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

General Conditions

Porfoli reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates its terms or shows evidence of fraud or manipulation. Porfoli may modify or cancel the contest at any time without notice.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Porfoli and its affiliates from any liability, injury, or damage resulting from participation or receipt of a prize.

This contest is sponsored by Porfoli. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third party platform.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree to allow Porfoli to use their name, likeness, and/or portfolio information for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
